The Zoo Train (or simply just Zoo Train) is a Signing Time! episode from season one. It aired on PBS Kids in the United States on February 26, 2006. It was the ninth episode of the first season aired in the United States.

Plot

Intro - Rachel welcomes Alex, Leah, Hopkins, and the viewers to sing and sign with us.

• Song #1: Signing Time! Theme

This is Rachel's favorite song.

• Song #2: Zoo Train

Rachel signs the words rhinoceros, bat, seal, panda, hippopotamus, zebra, tiger, and lion in American Sign Language.

• Song #3: Walkin' Through the Zoo

Rachel signs the words monkey, kangaroo, camel, gorilla, crocodile, elephant, penguin, and giraffe in American Sign Language.

• Song #4: Guess What I Am

Rachel signs the words starfish, shrimp, lobster, crab, octopus, dolphin, whale, and shark in American Sign Language.

• Song #5: In the Water

After the song is over, Rachel waves goodbye to the viewers and the episode ends.

• Song #6: Zoo Train (reprise) - The last song is played.

The end credits roll with the song playing: "Zoo Train".
